Often people seek my services when they are overwhelmed by one or more aspects of their life or are feeling stuck and unsure about how to improve their situation. I have guided people in their process of overcoming trauma, stress, addiction, relationship conflict, parenting challenges, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, and other life transitions.

I provide specialized services for both mothers and those living alternative lifestyles.

Individual sessions are 60 minutes long and the fee is $135 per session. Third party coverage may be available through extended medical coverage or Crime Victim’s Assistance Program. A sliding scale is available for individuals and families for whom this fee is a barrier.

I am also available as a speaker or psycho-educational facilitator on a range of topics including motherhood, parenting, and human development.
